So...I started this weight loss challenge at work. I am really excited about this. It goes until the end of March and my goal is to lose 30 lbs by then so approximaely 3lbs a week. I have been doing pretty good so far, I think, but we just started last week and my next weigh in is tomorrow so I will see how I am doing then. Wish me luck!
