Assbags!

So...I have been having some issues at work lately with my boss.  It has almost gotten to the point of harassment.  I can't do ANYTHING right it seems.  Things like: Im doing something with this person...but I "SHOULD really be doing stuff with this person", or I do this but she wants me to do that and then changes her mind the next day to the way it was before and so on and so on.  VERY much on a power trip and it's pissing me off hard core! 
So...a couple weeks agoI decided to take a test to be certified in another area in the hospital.  I talked to my boss about it, she's obviously pissed but pretends to be supportive.  I tell her that after I take my test, I will be putting in my 2 weeks notice but not before I find out that I passed or not.  She says that that's fine and no more is really said.  Today...she calls me into our office and tells me that I need to decide what I am going to do and put in my notice now if I want to do this other job.  That I can't wait to see if I passed my test.  I was just like "exsqueeze me?"   Like that's fair or even legal.  Nope it's not...I asked my husband...who is an attorney!  So...tomorrow I plan on speaking with our CEO/Administrator and seeing what the hell to do.  If they want to just stick it out for another week until I can take my test and find out if I passed/failed that's fine.  If they want to play the other game, that's fine too.  They can't fire me legally, they can't force me to "quit" So they can suck it.  If they want to fire me...they can, I'll slap a wrongful termination suit on them so fast their heads will spin and then I'll collect unemployment.  But they can't make me quit....no way no how.  I have done nothing wrong.  Just a month ago I got outstanding scores on my review...so...try...I dare you! 
Anyways....These are the types of games that our Upper Management tries to play with people and Im not going to fall for it or let them walk all over me.  If I was applying for any other job outside the hospital I would not quit until I know for sure I was hired or not...this is no different than that.  Jerks!

Aggravated!!

So...I have this problem.  I have a really big issue with stupid people.  Yes, yes...we all have our "stupid" moments...but I am talking about people that are just outright dumb, or continually make really dumb decisions.  Now...because I call said people on their dumbness quite frequently, Iam labled as a bitch...I don't deny their allegations but I phrase it as "low bullshit tolerance".  So...Bitch-ness be comin out...just to forewarn you haha. 

I know that you all know some dummy like this. I am lucky enough to know several dummies like this!  I just don't get it.  How can a person be so dumb?  You think..."Maybe genetics?"  but then you see their family and no...that aint it.  Where does it come from?  Is it some sort of "disease"?  Is it just really severe immaturity in some cases? WHAT WHAT WHAT?????  Maybe I should become a scientist and study idiots for a living....there are plenty of them out there to keep me busy!

"Jeez, Charity, where did this come from?" you might ask.  Well...I have just recently found myself drowning in a sea of dumbass recently...and it's starting to get on my nerves!  I need to learn to ignore this behavior I think otherwise I may injur someone. 

I know that everyone has their quirks and I don't always know what their journey has been about.  I am really just REALLY curious about what makes people like this...or what makes people like they are period I guess.    I just need to breathe and relax.  And maybe learn to bite my tongue more often.

This weekend was one for the books.  Jay and I didn't do anything exciting. We spent all weekend at home, just him and me.   for the first time in a long time, I was truly happy, even peaceful.

TGIF!!!

Thank Goodness it's Friday!!!  This has been a long week.  I had a great day at work, but was quickly becomming irritated toward the end of the day.  So...my hubby...who knows me (and I love that he knows me so well!)...took me on a chocolate run to town. haha.  And you know what?  It worked!  Whoever said Chocolate doesn't have healing powers is stoopid. haha.  It does for me anyways.  One kit-kat bar later and I am feeling good again.  I have big plans this weekend.  Cleaning, baking cookies, making some Irish Soda Bread, and maybe working some on the guest room.  I am feeling productive as of now and have for the past few days so lets hope it holds up. 

These posts are so boring to read I am sure haha.

Happy Valentine's Day!

Ahhhh.  I had such a fun filled weekend.  Saturday I baked and decorated sugar cookies with my momma and gramma, then went to H-ville with my friend to do some fun shopping.  Sunday I laid around and did basically nothing with Jay.  Monday I had off of work and it was lovely.  I slept in, woke up and found a love letter that my hubbly had written to me, so I read that and bawled.  We then went to town to take the garbage in and get something to eat, and met some friends at the restaurant and ended up joining them for lunch.  It was good to catch up with them even though it had only been like a week since we had hung out haha.  (A lot can happen in a week, you know!)    Then I came home and baked some cupcakes, got them decorated and started on a romantic dinner for two.  We cooked together and made Spaghetti and meatballs.  We set the table all fancy and drank milk out of our wine classes. (because we're classy like that)  Then we finished off the day with a silly movie while we snuggled on the sofa with Dakota.  I will take a Valentine's Day like that any day over waiting in line at a crowded restaurant!  I love my husband so stinking much, I can't even put into words how special he is to me.  LOVE HIM!!!!!!  So....after a long weekend I woke up today refreshed and ready for the day.  Anyways...I know this was long and rambly...but oh well.  I had a fabulous weekend and I don't care. haha.

Blessed

I know that I have been complaining a lot.  But,I am aware of how blessed I am.  Like I have said many times before, I have an amazing husband, I have a great family, wonderful friends, a roof over my head, a job, and food in my belly.  But, like I have previously mentioned, it is easier for me and I know most of us humans to concentrate on the things that get us down more than the things that get us high. 

So...Im know I bitch a lot, but I know how lucky I am to have what I already do have.
